We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging
    • With proof of purchase/order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Perishable items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Digital/downloadable products

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
